Research on intelligent transformation and energy efficiency improvement of electromechanical transportation system in coal mine

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption,poor safety and insuffcient intelligenceexisting in thetraditional electromechanicaltransportation systemofcoal mines,this paperstudies the intellgent transformation andenergyeffciency improvementstrategies.Firstly,theoverallarchitectureof intelligenttransformationisdesigned,and then the transformation design ofitscore parts is carriedout,includingthetransformationoffuzzy control speedregulation system,the designofcentralized control system,and the researchon energy eficiency improvement strategies;finall,the overalltransformation scheme is tested through simulation experiments.The testresults show that the maximum transportation capacity of the belt conveyor has increased from 600r/h to 1000t/h ,an increase of 66.7% ;the demand for post personnel has decreased from 24 persons/d to 12 persons/d,a reduction of 50% ;the unit energy consumption has decreased from 0.85kW⋅h×t to 0.66kW⋅h/t ,a decrease of 22.4% ;and thefault response time hasbeen shortened from 30min to 5min
