Study on preparation and application performance optimization of quaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil

Abstract:Aimingattheproblemsof poorantibacterialpropertyand hydrophilicityof traditional siliconeoil,amethod for preparingquaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil was proposed.In the experiment,the ratio and reactionconditions ofquaternaryammoniumsalt modified siliconeoil wereoptimized first,andthenthe propertiesof the quaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil prepared under the optimal conditions were analyzed.The results showed thatthe conversion rate of amino silicone oil reached the highest whenthe molar ratio of amino silicone oil to N N -dimethylalkylamine was ,the molar ratio of amino silicone oil to isopropanol was 1:1 ,the reaction temperature was 70% and the reaction time was 9h . Under the optimal conditions,the quaternary ammonium salt modified silicone oil exhibited excellent antibacterial property,hydrophilicityandother performances,andcouldbe applied in multiple fields.
