Integration of open-pit mine slope stability analysis and construction optimization based on BIM technology

Abstract:Aiming atthe low eficiency and poor visualization of traditional open-pit mine slope monitoring methods, an integrated method of slope stability analysisand constructionoptimization based on BIM technology was proposed.This method combines BIM 3D modeling with geological information,realizes dynamic interaction between the automatic monitoring systemand BIMmodel,adopts aslopestabilityanalysis method basedon multi-source informationfusion,and formulates a construction process optimization strategy based on BIM technology,thus achieving real-time visual monitoring ofopen-pit mine slopes and the intellectualizationanddigitalization ofslopestabilityanalysis and construction optimization to improve construction eficiencyand safety.Practical application in anopen-pit mine slope projectverifiedthat this method significantly improves the accuracy of monitoring data,providing a highprecision data basis for slope stabilityanalysis.It also greatlyshortens the early warning response time,withafalse alarm rate of no more than 4% ,a displacement monitoring accuracy of 1.1m ,and a data continuity of 96% ,and the earlywarning visualization is highly intuitive,enabling real-time monitoring and early warning to enhance constructionsafety.In addition,BIM technologyoptimizes the slope construction project through 4D simulation,realizes information-based management,and significantly improves both construction and management efficiency.
