Abstract:Aiming atthe problems of peeling and blistering between aluminum foil and thermal insulation cotton in theair conditioningroof ductsof EMUs,the material propertiesof thermal insulationcoton with1Oand15yearsof servicewere analyzed through environmentalreliabilitytests.Theresultsshowed thatthepeel strength of the intact used aluminum foil-thermal insulation cotton only decreased by 14.3% compared with the new ones,but the bondingperformance degraded sharplyunder high temperatureand high humidityconditions;theelongationat break of thethermal insulationcotonitself increasedandits tensilestrength increasedabnormally,whichmaybecausedbymaterialagingand process diffrences.Itissuggested tooptimize theadhesive process,formulate diferentiated maintenance strategies for the failure areasof air ducts,and further verifythe thermal conductivityand noisereduction performance.
