Research on noise reduction technology and process of gear box for lithium-ion angle grinder based on ANSYS

Abstract:Taking the gearbox of a 100mm lithium-ion angle grinder as the research object,noise reduction was investigated through a combination of theoretical analysis and ANSYS simulation aiming at its noise level of 75~ 85dB(A). The mechanisms such as meshing impact were analyzed,and a simulation model with an error of ⩽ 3.5% was established.Improvements were made from the aspects of structure,assembly and processing. After optimization,the noise level reaches 68.2 dB(A)under no-load condition and 72.5 dB(A)under load condition, which meets the requirements of GB/T30270—2013 Information technology security techniques-Information technology security evaluation methodology,providing technical support for noise reduction of the gearbox.
