Study on the preparation and application of anti-inflammatory and antibacterial nanogel drug delivery system

Abstract：Aiming attheproblem that traditional oral drug delivery systemsare susceptible totheoral environment， an anti-nflammatoryand bacteriostatic nanogel drugdeliverysystem is proposed.In the experiment，antibacterial nanoparticles and the drug delivery system were first prepared and their properties were characterized，andthen the gel drugdeliverysystem loaded with antibacterial nanoparticles was applied in clinical practice.The results showed that when the mass concentration of antibacterial nanoparticles was 12μg/mL ，the bacteriostatic rates against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus both reached 100% . The drug-loaded gel had the performance of gradient release of reactive oxygen species （ROS），while the bacteriostatic nanoparticles had the efect ofROS scavenging. Under their synergistic effect，thesystemcould actaccuratelyon the periodontitis site，aleviate patients'symptoms and reduce inflammatory indicators，showing good clinical efficacy.
