Exploration of a new monitoring technology for high-pressure urban gas pipelines

Abstract:Aiming atthe problems ofdetection blind spotsand positioning difficulties existing inthe traditional monitoring technology for high-pressure urban gas pipelines,this paper proposes the construction of anew typeof monitoring system for high-pressure urban gas pipelines.First,the system architecture,hardware and software were designed in the experiment,and then the system functions were tested.The results show that a monitoring system for high-presure urban gas pipelines is constructed by selecting the TM32F407VET6 single-chip microcomputer as the hardware chip,using the TPS6120O charging chip combined with a rechargeable batery as the working power supply,and adopting Wi-Fi as the communication module.After thesystem isconnected to Wi-Fi,the display can continuously show the gas volume data,theerorof the leak location is controlled withinO.2 m,thealarm response time forleak information is within 5s,and the cloud platform test shows goodresults.The system has complete functions and can display the leak location accurately,meting the technical requirements for the monitoring of highpressure urban gas pipelines.
