Analysis on key construction technologies for geological verification of dry drilling hole of screw cast-in-place pile

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of uneven rock penetration at the pile bottomand substandard pile body quality in theconstruction ofscrew cast-in-place piles,the“keyconstruction technology for geological verification of drydrilling hole of screwcast-in-place piles”is proposed.Byconducting trial pile drydriling before construction,the geological conditions of drydriling holesare detailedly verified with geological endoscopes,and therock penetration situationat the pile botom is accuratelydetermined through the comprehensive analysis of parameters such as drilling current,drilling time,drilling length and winch driling speed combined with geological slag samples,so as to dynamicalyoptimizethe pile length and pileposition layout and ensure the preliminary control of theconstruction quality of screw piles.Verified by theapplication in multiple projects,this technology hassignificantly improved the constructionqualityof pile foundations,reduced construction risks,provided efective technical support forthe construction of screw piles under complex geological conditions,and has extensive popularization value.
