Study on upward slicing and filling mining technology for medium-thick phosphate ore bodies

Abstract:To improve the mining safety,resourceutilizationrateand production efficiencyof medium-thick phosphateore bodies,aimingattheproblems ofrof instabilityandhighoreloss rateexisting inthetraditional room-andpillar method,this study proposes anupward slicing and filing mining technology based onthe optimization of cement-sand ratio.Through laboratory tests,the effctsof different cement-sand ratios on the 28d compresive and tensile strengths of fiber-doped mixed agegate cemented filing bodies were systematicall analyzed.The results show that the cement-sand ratio of 1:4 is the optimal ratio,with a compressive strength of 5.98MPa and a tensile strength of 1.26MPa ,which takes both strength and economy into account.In field application,this ratio reduces the frequency of roof accidents by 78.8% ,decreases the ore loss rate and dilution rate by 59.6% and 48.7% respectively ,increases the average daily output by 31.9% ,and controls the surface subsidence to be less than or equal to12 mm.The filing technologywith optimized cement-sand ratio can significantly improve the comprehensive mining benefitsof medium-thick phosphate ore bodiesand provide technical support for the constructionof green mines.
