Optimization of concrete materials and construction technology in water conservancy engineering construction

Abstract:To improve the durability of concrete materials in water conservancy engineering construction and reduce the usage ofsand raw materials,steel slag was used to replace part of the standard sand to prepare a kindof impermeable concrete in the experiment,and studies wereconductedonits dry-wet resistance,freze resistance,impermeabilityas wellas theconstruction technologyapplied in water conservancy construction.Theresultsshowed that the impermeable concrete achieved the optimal durability when the replacement rate of steel slag was 20% . At this replacement rate,the mass loss rate of the concrete was 0.82% and the corrosion resistance coefficient was O.75 after 40 dry-wet cycles in sodium sulfate solution,and its mass loss rate was -0.21% after 100 freeze-thaw cycles.In addition,the concrete exhibited excellent impermeability with a water pressure penetration value of 0.88MPa :
