Application of flexible conductive composite electrode sheets in adaptive acquisition of dynamic electrocardiogram

Abstract:The traditional dynamic electrocardiogram electrode shets feature poor substrate flexibility and uneven dispersion of conductive filers,which make them diffcult toadapt to the loose skinoftheelderly.This easily causes interfacial gapsand motionartifacts,leading tounstable signals.To improve theelectrical conductivityandanti-interference performance offlexibleconductivecomposite materials foradaptation tothe elderly'sskin,this studyprepared flexible conductivecomposite electrode sheets by designing four experimental groups and one control group,so as to monitorthe changes in interfacial contact impedanceand anti-interferenceperformanceagainst motion artifacts.The experimental results showed that Experimental Group 3( 0.600kg of polyurethane adhesive, 0.030kg of carbon black , 0.010kg of multi-walled carbon nanotubes , 0.007kg of graphene, 0.015kg of polyethylene glycol) was the optimal group,with an average impedance of 25. 1kΩ ,a decrease of 61.1% compared with the control group.In addition,the signal distortion rate of Experimental Group 3 was 7.8% ,which was lower than that of all other groups.
