Study on the synthesis and application technology of contrast agents for imaging

Abstract：Asan important tool for modern moleculardiagnosis，contrast agents for imaging have exhibited enormous application value in such fields as precise diagnosis and treatment of tumors，diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases，and diagnosis of gynecological and reproductive system diseases.By enhancing the contrast of images， contrast agents help doctors observe the internal structures and lesions of the human body more clearly and improve theaccuracyof diagnosis，thereby formulating scientific and rational treatmentplansand saving patients'lives.This paper systematically reviews the principles of contrast agent synthesis technologies and their application progress in thefieldof medicaldiagnosis，focusesondiscusingthecharacteristicsof traditionalandnovelcontrastagentsynthesis technologies，and explores the application value of contrastagents in X-ray/CT，magnetic resonance imaging （MRI）and ultrasound，providing a reference for the development of contrast agents in the medical field.
