Research on energy-saving optimization of building HVAC based on numerical simulation

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of high energy consumption of building HVAC systems,the performance optimization of thermochemical energy storage materials and their energy-saving application in HVAC systems were explored through a combined method of numerical simulation and experiment.Taking the composite material of strontium chloride hydrate and expanded graphite as thecore research object,the regulation mechanism of porous matrix contentonthethermalconductivityand cycle stabilityof thematerial wasanalyzed,andatwo-dimensionalaxisymmetric model was established to verify the reaction kinetic proces.Theexperimental results show that the thermal conductivity of thecomposite material increases significantly with the increase of expanded graphite content,whilethe energy storage density shows a downward trend.Among them,the composite material with a 10% content achieves the optimal balance between exothermic power and energy storage density.The consistency between the numerical simulationand experimentaldataverifiesthereliabilityofthemodel,whichprovidestheoretical supportandtechnical path reference for the energy-saving design of HVAC systems.
