Compound preparation of a new grouting water plugging material and construction technology optimization for tunnels in water-rich strata

Abstract：Water inrush and mud gushing in tunnels in water-rich strata directly threaten engineering safety，and grouting for water plugging is the core prevention and control measure.Basedon the No.1 and No.2 tunnels of a certain expressway，aiming at the complex conditions of developed karstand abundant groundwater，this studyresearched new grouting materials，optimized grouting processes，and constructed acomprehensive water plugging strategy.An adaptive inorganic water-fixing and composite grouting material was developed，the advanced curtain grouting and other processes were optimized，and a closed-loop system of geological survey，parameter adjustment and emergency response was established.Engineering verification shows that this technology effctively controls the water inflow of the tunnel，ensures the progress of construction，and provides a reference for similar projects.
