Research on the influence of pile-anchor support structure on surrounding buildings and stress compensation technology

Abstract:Takinga deep foundation pit project of a metro in Gongshu Districtof Hangzhou cityas theresearch background,this paper systematically studies the influence control technology of pile-anchor support structures on adjacent buildings.Through the integration of key technologiessuch asdouble casing folow-up hole forming,BIM pileposition recheck and dynamic stresscompensation,an information-basedcollaborative management platform is constructed.Monitoring data show that the maximum horizontal displacement of the support piles is 18.7 mm,the average value of anchor cable prestress loss is 6.3% ,thedifferential settlement of adjacentbuildingsis 0.82‰ ,and the peak valueof surfacevibration velocity is1.9cm/s,allof which arebeterthanthe design controlvalues.The research results provide an effective technical reference for deep foundation pit projects in urban dense areas.
