Exploring the influence of sensor sensitivity on coal mine equipment monitoring and data extraction

Abstract:Aiming atthe problem of low maintenance eficiency of large coal mine equipment under abnormal working conditions,this paper proposes to use large language model technology to mine and identifytheequipment fault text data collected by sensors,applies the chi-square (χ2) statistical method and Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA) tothe feature mining offault maintenance texts,and furtherverifies the efectiveness of large language model technologyin fault maintenance bytaking multiple faults of coal mine equipment belts as examples.The experimental results show that thesensitivityof hydrogelsensors is lower than thatof polyimide nanofiber membrane sensors under different stretching times;although the sensitivityof polyimide nanofiber membrane sensors decreases with the increase of stretching test times,it still maintains goodsensitivity,which can meet thedetection requirements of belt aging faults.When the length of fault maintenance text records is less than 6O characters,the keyword recognition effct of large language model technology is consistent with thatof manual recognition;while when the textrecord length is morethan 6O characters,thereare certain erors in keyword recognition by large language model technology,with the minimum error rate of 10.0% . The smaller the data volume,the shorter the mining time;when the data volume exceeds 35MB ,the mining time stabilizes at 1.7 seconds.

皮带作为煤矿设备运行过程中的传动装置,其主要由一层或多层的橡胶皮构成,具有重量轻、强度高、弹性好、使用寿命长、不打滑等优点,但由于皮带在使用过程中不可避免地会受到一些外界因素影响而发生松动现象,如皮带自身质量不过关、使用不当、长期超负荷运行等原因,都会导致皮带老化。(剩余8480字)
