Influence of adhesive force and application time of acupoint application on skin and application of finger acupoint pressing

Abstract：An acupoint application was prepared and combined with finger acupoint pressng for the treatment of migraine patients.This paper introduces the preparation method and performance of the acupoint application，and then analyzes the clinical application effect of acupoint application combined with finger acupoint pressing.The results showedthat the acupoint applicationdidnotfalloffafter2O timesof shaking，and its state hadnoobvious change afterbeing placed under constant temperature and humidity for 28 days，with a water vapor transmision rate of 632g/（m2⋅24h）. No adverse reactions were observed on the skin surface after being applied on the skin for more than7 days，indicating good comprehensive performance.In the clinical application of acupoint application combined with finger acupoint pressing，the therapeutic efective rate and pain relief efect were close to those of drug treatment， while the incidence of adverse reactions was only 6.7% ，which was significantly lower than that of drug treatment.Itis indicated thatthe methodof acupointapplication combined with finger acupoint pressng established in this experiment can significantlyreducethe incidence of adverse reactions in migrainepatients during treatment andis worthy ofclinical promotion and application.
