Research on the application of displacement monitoring of warehouse shelves based on hydrogel sensor technology

Abstract:To prepare hydrogels with diferent tannicacid (TA)contents,the freze-thaw cycle method wasadopted,and theefectsof TAcontentontheinfraredspectrum,X-raydiffractionpattern,micromorphologyand tensile mechanical properties of hydrogels were comparedand analyzed.Theresults showed that the increase in TA mass fraction improved the fracture strength of hydrogels forsensors,and the fracture strain increased firstand thendecreased;when the TA mass fraction was 8% ,thehydrogel for sensorshad relatively high fracture strength and the maximum fracture strain,which was the suitable TA adition amount. Hydrogels with high mechanical properties obtained through rational design canrealize the displacement monitoring of items in different areas of warehouse shelves,ndthe displacement monitoring results havegood stabilityand accuracy.With the increaseof signal interference intensity,the transmission throughput of the fouralgorithms showed a downward trend;when the signal interference intensitywas 35dB,the throughput of the routing algorithm was 8.OMB/s,while the transmision throughput of the deep learning algorithm,ant colony algorithm and random forest algorithm were alless than 6 MB/s.
