Abstract:To improve the environmental protection and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete (UHPC),limestone manufactured sand,cement and other materials wereused as the mainraw materials tooptimize a steam-curing-fre limestone manufactured sand UHPC,and steel fibers were added to modifyits properties.The results show that compared with manufactured sand and natural riversand,limestone manufactured sand reduces the fluidityof concrete materials and improves the mechanical properties of UHPC.The UHPC achieves the optimal mechanical properties when limestone manufactured sand is added with a steel fiber content of 0.3% .Among them,the compressive strength and flexural strength reach 149.31 MPa and 19.43 MPa respectively,and the material has good water resistance with a water absorption rate of only 2.76% :
