Analysis of deformation and failure characteristics of single-pile anchor foundation in limestone of southern Anhui mountainous area

Abstract:To explore the deformationand failurecharacteristics ofrockbolt foundations andthe bearing mechanism of singlebolts under the limestone geological conditions in the southern Anhui mountainousarea,aresearch method combining field in-situ tests,laboratorytriaxial testsandrefinednumerical simulation wasadopted tosystematically analyze their mechanical behaviors and the influence ofkeyparameters.Field in-situ tests clearly identified that an anchorage depth of about 3.5m is the critical point for the transformation of failure modes. When the anchorage depth is less than or equal to 3m ,the failure is manifested as the overall shear slip at the rock-grout interface ; when the anchorage depth is greater than or equal to 4m ,it transforms into the bond failure at the anchor bar-grout interface.This study provides a theoretical basis and engineering application reference for the design andoptimization of rock bolt foundations in limestone geology.
