Integrated environmental and water conservation monitoring of transmission line projects based on multi-source sensor data fusion

Abstract:In the process of enginering environmental and water conservation monitoring,neglecting the relationship between environmental and water conservation informationand monitoring frequencyis likely to lead to inaccurate extraction of environmental and water conservation information,resulting inalowcoeficientof determinationand low monitoring accuracy of the final project environmental and water conservation monitoring results.An integrated environmental and water conservation monitoring method for transmission line projects based on multi-source sensor data fusion is proposed.byoptimizing the sensor samplemonitoring data,analyzing the relationship betweensensor observed values and decision values,a linear relationship function between environmental and water conservation information and monitoring frequencyis established by using the weighted average method.combined with the sensor local decision-making mechanism,the integratedenvironmentaland waterconservation informationof transmission line projects is extracted,andtheconstruction buferzone is demarcated.The construction disturbance range is determinedbycombining theenvironmental qualitymomentum factor,andremotesensingandtelemetry interpretation technology is introduced to analyzethe construction disturbance range data and calculate the comprehensive ecological environment impact index,thus realizing enginering environmental and water conservation monitoring.The experimental results show that theenvironmental and water conservation monitoring results obtained bythis method have a higher coefficient of determination and higher monitoring accuracy.

金虎等利用遥感技术进行图像识别,通过GIS对图像进行空间分析与处理,提取输电线路周边水域的多尺度特征,使用MBWI方法对提取的尺度特征进行深人分析,并基于这些特征建立MBWI监测和水分析模型,以此实现环水保监控。(剩余5633字)
