Design of coordinated allocation of enterprise business work orders based on sequence labeling

Abstract:Afectedbytheinherent differencesof enterprisebusinessworkorders,itisdiffculttoensurethatthefinal processing effect mets the enterprises management requirements when alocating them.For this reason,a study on the coordinated alocation methodof enterprise business work orders based on sequence labeling is proposed. Taking theentity-relationship triples based onenterprise business work orders as the basis,the labels of each work orderare extractedand appliedto thecorresponding work orders as their sequence labels.In thealocation stage,according to the sequence labeling information of work orders and the competency evaluation of business personel,the coordinated alocationof enterprise business work orders is realized in acordance withthe implementationcriteria of priority matching,skillmatching and experience matching respectively.Thetestresults show thatthe designedallocation method can not only ensure the processing eficiency of business work orders,but also improve customer satisfaction,which can meet the management requirements of enterprises.
