Effects of Protective Sleep Intervention Combined with “Psychological-dietary-rehabilitation” Exercise on Postoperative Outcomes in Cesarean Section Women

AbstractObjective：Toinvestigatethefectsofaprotectivesleepinterventiocombinedwitha“psychological-dietary-abilitation”exercise programonsleepqualityamong womenaftercesareansection.Methods：Atotalof98 women whounderwentcesarean sectionand were treatedat Xiamen Xinyuan Hospitalfrom January 2O22 to March2O25wereselectedasstudyparticipants.According totherandomnumbertablemethod，theyweredividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation group，with 49cases neach group.Thecontrol groupreceived routine postoperative nursingcare，whiletheobservation groupreceived protective sleepinterventioncombinedwitha“psychological-dietary-rehabilitation”exerciseprogram inaditiontooutinecare.Teitsburgh SleepQuality Index（PSQI）wasused to assesslepqualitybefore and after intervention.TheConnor-Davidson Resilience Scale（CD-RISC）was used to evaluate psychologicalresilience，andthe Numeric Rating Scale（NRS）was used to assess postoperativepain.Nursingsatisfactionwas evaluatedusingaself-designedsatisfactionquestionairedevelopedbythehospital.Rsults： Afterintervention，PSQI，CD-RISC，andNRSscoresintheoservationgroupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseinthecontrol group（ P<0.05 ）. Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.

Conclusion：Theapplicationofaprotectivesleepinterventioncombinedwitha“psychological-dietary-rehabilitation”exercise programcanefectivelyimprovepostoperativeslpqualityandpsychologicalresilience，allviatepostoperativepain，andehance nursingsatisfaction among women aftercesarean section.This integrated care model is worthyofclinical promotion.
