Comparison Between Suture Hemostasis and Electrocoagulation Hemostasis inLaparoscopic Ovarian Cystectol CHEN Cui

AbstractObjective：To compare the aplicationof suture hemostasis and electrocoagulation hemostasis inlaparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.Methods：A totalof 6Opatients whounderwentlaparoscopicovarian cystectomyat Xiamen Lianhua Hospitalfrom May 2023 toApril2O24wereselectedandrandomlydividedintotwo groups.Thecontrolgroupreceivedelectrocoagulationforhemostasis，whiletheobservationgroup received suturehemostasis.Theoutcomesand efectsof the twogroups werethen compared. Results ： The observation group demonstrated significantly longer operation time（ 85.19±12.50min ）than the control group（ （62.52±10.81）min and greater intraoperative blood loss （ 58.59±15.31mL ） compared to the control group （ 32.37± （20 10.50mL ） P<0.05 ）. The VAS scores of 12h，24h ，and 48 h after the operation and the postoperative PSQI score at 1 week in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05 ）.The FSH level 3 months after the surgery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group，while the E2 and AFC levels were higher than those in the control group， （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion： Electrocoagulation hemostasis can significantly shorten the operation time and reduce intraoperative bloodlossilaparoscopicovariancystectomy.However，suture hemostasis ismore bneficial toduce postoperativepainprove sleepquality，and protectovarianfunction.Thesuitablesurgicalapproachshouldberationallselectedbasedonthepatint'sage， fertility requirements，and other relevant factors in clinical practice.
