Impact of Precise Rehabilitation Intervention on Postoperative Cardiac Function and Sleep Quality in Patientswith Myocardial Infarction

AbstractObjective：Thisarticleaimstoinvestigatetheefectsofprecisionrehabilitationinterventiononpostoperativecardiac functionandsleepqualityinpatientswithmyocardial infarction.Methods：Atotalof1OOpatientswithmyocardialinfarctionadmitedtoXiamen UniversityAfliatedXiang'anHospitalfromJanuary2O23toJune2025wereselectedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservation groupusingarandom numbertable method，with 50patientsineachgroup.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutineintervention，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedpreciserehabilitationintervention.ColorDopplerchocardiographywasused todetecttwogroupsof patients’cardiacfunctionindicators，includingleft ventricular ejectionfraction（LVEF），leftventricularenddiastolicdiameter（LVEDd），ndleftventricularendsystolicdiameter （LVESd）.The Pitsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI）was used tocompare the improvement in slepquality between the two groups.Results：Thecardiac function indicatorsof theobservation group were significantlybeter thanthoseof thecontrol group， with LVEF（%） significantly higher than the control group，LVEDd and LVESd significantly lower than the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant（ P<0.05. ）. After intervention，the PSQI scores of the observation groupweresignificantlylowerthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，andthediferencesbetweenthetwogroupswere statisticallysignifiC mt（P<0.05） .Conclusion： After precise rehabilitation intervention，patients with myocardial infarction have significantly improved their cardiac function and sleep quality，which is worthy of further promotion and application.
