Effect of Different Approach-based Vertebroplasty in the Treatment of Compression Fractures and its Influence on Sleep Quality

AbstractObjective:Toexploretheeffcacyofvertebroplastyviadiferentapproachesinthetreatmentofelderlyosteoporotic vertebralcompresionfractures.Methods:Aretrospectivestudywasconductedon8O elderlypatients with Osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF）admited toFuzhou First General Hospitalfrom January2022 toAugust2025.Theywere divided intoanobservation group(underwent PVPviathe side with more severe symptoms）andacontrol group(underwent PVP viathe side with mildersymptoms）according todiferentsurgicalapproaches,with4Ocasesineachgroup.Theperioperativeindicators， lumbarspinefunction,pain intensity,andsleepqualitywerecomparedbetween the two groups.Results:Compared with thecontrol group,the fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter( P1,3 and 6 days postoperatively( P
