Effects of a Dual-track Nursing Model Combining Universal and Individualized Interventions on Sleep Quality in Patients after Endoscopic Variceal Ligation

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectsofadual-track nursingmodelcombininguniversalandindividualizedintervntions on sleepqualityin patientsafter endoscopic variceal igation（EVL）.Methods：Atotalof98patientswhounderwentEVLatFujianMedicalUniversityMengchao HepatobiliaryHospital fromApril2O23toDecember2O24wereselectedasstudyparticipants.Accordingtotherandomnumbertablemethod，theyweredividedintoacontrol groupandanobservationgroup，with 49cases neach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutineuniversal nursingcare，whiletheoservationgroupreceiveddual-track ursing care combining universalandindividualized interventions.ThePitsburgh SleepQualityIndex（SQI）wasused toassesleep qualitybeforeandafterintervention.The Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）wasusedtoevaluatepainlevels，andthe HamiltonAnxiety Scale（HAMA）was used to assessanxiety symptoms.Results：Afterone month of intervention，VAS，PSQI，and HAMA scores in bothgroupssignificantlydecreasedcompared withpre-intervention levels，andtheobservation goupshowedsignificantlylower scores than the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The dual-track nursing model combining universal and individualized care canefectivelyimprovesleepquality，elieveanxietyeduceposoperativepainperceptionandpromoterecoveryinpatitsr EVL. This approach has strong clinical value and is worthy of broader application.
