AbstractObjective:Toexplorethe influenceofwhole-course healtheducationbasedontheCapacity,Opportunity,MotivationBehaviorModel(COM-B)onthesleepqualityof patients withdecompensatedcirrhosis.Methods:Atotalof1O5patients withdecompensatedcirhosisadmitedto XiamenFifth HospitalfromJune2O23toMay2O25wereselectedas theresearchobjects.They were divided into the observation group( n=51 ,who received full-course health education intervention based on the COM-B model)and the control group( n=54 ,who received conventional nursing intervention)according to the admisson time.The self-care ability,sleepquality,averagedailyslepdurationandthenumberofawakeningsinthetwogroupswerecolectedand compared.Results:Subscalescoresinself-conceptealthnowledgelevel,self-responsibilityandself-careskilsineEecie of Self-CareAgency(ESCA)Scale,andtheaveragedailysleptimeof theobservationgroupafter interventionwerehigherhan that of thecontrol group.The Pitsburgh SleepQuality Index(PSQI)scoreand thenumberof awakenings werelowerthan thoseof the control group( P
