AbstractObjective:To analyze the influenceoftransabdominal preperitoneal prosthetic(TAPP）hernia repaironperioperative indicatorsandsleepqualityinadult patients with inguinal heria.Methods:Aretrospectiveanalysiswasconductedonthedataof ninety-sevenadultpatients withinguinal herniaadmitedtothe SecondPeople'sHospitalof Zhangjiagang fromMay2023 to May 2025.Basedondiferentsurgical methods,they were divided intoacontrol group(48cases）andanobservationgroup(49 cases). Thecontro grouphadtension-freeopeninguinal herniarepair,while patients withTAPPherniarepair wereselectedastheobservationgroup.Perioperativeindicators,slepqualityandcomplicationsofthetwo werecompared.Results:Comparedwiththecontrolgroup,teobservationgroupexibitedlessintraoperativebloodlos,along withsorterduratioofpostoperativepaistoal intake time and first flatus time( P 0.05).All thescores of Pitsburgh Sleep Qualityindex(PSQI）intheobservation group5daysafter surgery were lower,and the sleep efficiency was higher,and the number of awakenings was lower( P
