Clinical Study on Estazolam Tablets for the Treatment of Sleep-wake Disorders in Elderly Patients after Fracture Surgery

AbstractObjective：Tostudytheclinicalefectofestazolamtabletsinthetreatmentofelderlypatientswithslep-wakedisorders afterfracturesurgery.Methods：Acording totherandomnumber tablemethod，atotalof8elderlypatientswithsep-wake disordersafterfracturesurgeryadmited toour hospitalfrom September 2O23 to September 2O24 were divided intoacontrolgroup andanobservationgroup，with43casesineach group.Inthecontrolgroup，43cases were treatedwithJieyouPils.Intheobservationgroup，43cases weretreatedwithestazolam.Psychological status，slepqualityandadversereactions wereevaluatedandcomparedbetweenthetwogroups.Results：Beforetreatment，there werenodiferences inthescoresofthe Hamilton AnxietyScale （HAMA） and the Hamilton Depression Scale（HAMD）between the two groups（ P>0.05 ）.After treatment，the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were both lower than those of the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Before treatment，there was no difference in the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（PSQI） scores between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）. After treatment，the PSQI scores of the observation group was lower than that of the control group（ P<0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions（ including dizziness，palpitations and rash） in the observation group was 6.98% ，which was lower than the 23.26% of the control group （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion：Oraladministration of estazolam tablets for elderly patients with sleep-wake disorders after fracture surgeryhasa goodtherapeuticefect.This medicationcannotonlyefectively improvethesleepqualityofpatients，butalsohavea positive regulatory effect on their psychological state.
