Effects of Optimized Emergency Nursing Process on Rescue Outcomes andSleepQualityinPatientswithSevereHandTrauma

AbstractObjective：To explore theefects ofoptimizing theemergencynursing processonrescue outcomes and sleepqualityin patients withsevere hand trauma.Methods：Atotalof1OO patients with severehandtrauma who weretreatedattheArmy73rd Group Hospitalfrom January2024 to May2O25wereselectedasstudy participants.Acording totherandom numbertable method，theywere divided intoacontrolgroupandanobservation group，with5Ocases ineach group.Thecontrol groupreceived routine nursing intervention，whiletheoservation groupreceivedoptimized emergencynursing processintervention.ThePisburgh Sleep QualityIndex（PSQI）wasused tocomparesleepqualitybetween the two groups.Thetime toachieve stable vital signs，time totreatmentinitiation，andtotaltreatmenttimewererecorded.Nursingsatisfactionlevelswerealsocomparedbetweenhetwo groups.Results：After intervention，terescueoutcomesoftheobservationgroupwere betterthanthoseofthecontrolgroup，ursingsatisfactionwashigher，andPSQIscoresweresigificantlylower.Thediferenesbetweenthetwogroupswerestatisticallysig nificant （ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：Implementing an optimized emergency nursing processfor patients with severe hand trauma can improve rescue effectiveness，enhance nursing satisfaction，and promote better sleep quality.
