Effects of the ACMPE Model on Pain Intensity and Sleep Quality in Patients with Diabetic Foot Ulcers

AbstractObjective：Thisarticle aims to explore the impactof theACMPE model on pain levelsand sleepquality in patients withdiabeticfotulcers（DFU）.Methods：Atotalof7ODFUpatientsadmitedtothe Departmentof PlasticandBurn Surgeryat theFirstAfiated HospitalofBengbu MedicalUniversityfromJanuary2O23toJanuary2O25wereseletedasthestudysubjects.Theywererandomlydivided intoacontrol groupandanobservation group，with35casesineach group.Thecontrolgroup receivedconventionalDFU management，whiletheobservation groupreceiveACMPE model managementonthebasis of thecontrolgroup.After8weesofinterveniontheVisualnalogScale（VAS）wasusedtoassesspainlevels，thePisburghSleepQuality Index（PSQI）scale was used to evaluate sleepquality，the Athens Insomnia Scale（AIS）was used to assess improvements in sleepdisorders，and the Diabetic Qualityof Life（DQOL）scale was usedtoevaluatelifequality.Results：Afer8weeks of intervention，the VASscores，PSQIscores，andAISscores oftheobservation group weresignificantlylower thanthoseof thecontrol group，with statistically significant differences （ P<0.05 ）. The DQOL scores of the observation group were lower than that of the control group，with statistically significant differences（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion：The ACMPE model can effectively alleviate pain levels ，improve sleep quality，and enhance life quality in DFU patients.
