AbstractSleepdisorders，asahighlyprevalentdisease，continuouslydamagethephysicalandmental healthandqualityof life of patients.Basedonthsix-meridianpattrndiferentiationandtreatmentsystem，theTreatiseonColdDamageDisorderssystematicallyxpoundsitspathogenesisandtreatmentethods，pointingoutthatsleepdisordersarenotisolatedsymptomsbtspecific manifestationsoftheoverallimbalanceofqimovementinthetransmisionandtransformationofthesixmeridians.Zhang Zhongjingestablishedthesix-meridian diferentiationandtreatment system，emphasizingpreciseidentificationof thelocationand natureofthedisease，providing asystematictheoretical frameworkforunderstandingthecomplexmechanismsof sleepdisorders andachievingprecisetreatment.Thisarticleims toexplore thesix-meridandiferentiationandtreatmentconceptsforsleepdisor ders inthe TreatiseonColdDamageDisorders，nalzetheiretiologyandpathogenesis，therapeuticstrategies，andforulaplications，and provide classc basis for clinical practice.
