The Impact of High-quality Intervention Combined with Mind Mapping-based Health Education on Sleep Quality of Outpatient and Emergency Department Infusion Patients

AbstractObjective：Toanalyze theipactofhigh-qualityinterventioncombined withmind mapping-based educationon slep quality inoutpatientandemergencydepartmentinfusionpatients.Methods：Atotalof7OoutpatientandemergencyinfusionpatientsadmittdtotheFirstAfflatedHospitalofBengbuMedicalUniversityfromJanuary2024toJune2O25wereselectedand randomlydivided intoacontrolgroupandanobservationgroup，with35casesineach group.Thecontrol groupreceivedroutine nursingcare，whiletheobservationgroupreceivedhigh-qualityinterventioncombinedwithmindmapping-basedhealtheducation.AnxietyandpaiscoresDysfunctionalBeliefsandAtitudesaboutSleepScale-16（DBAS-16）scores，isburgh SlepQuality Index（PSQI）scores，andnursingsatisfaction werecompared between thetwo groups.Results：After nursing intervention，the observationgroup hadloweranxietyandpainscores，lowerscoresinalldimensionsofDBAS-16andPSQI，andhighernursingsatisfaction compared with the control group（ P<0.05 ）. Conclusion ： The implementation of high-quality intervention combined with mind mappng-based healtheducation inoutpatientandemergencydepartmentinfusion patients canallviate anxietyand pain，improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.

门急诊输液患者病情复杂多样，治疗周期短且流动性强，在疾病疼痛、陌生环境干扰、对预后担忧的影响下，易出现睡眠节律紊乱、睡眠时长缩短、睡眠深度不足等问题，而睡眠质量下降又会影响机体免疫功能与疾病康复进程，形成恶性循环[1-2]。（剩余4991字）
