Research on Centralized Nursing in Improving Sleep Quality in Patients with Cerebral Infarctic

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheapplicationeffectandvalueofcentralized interventioninpatientswithcerebral infarction. Methods：Atotalof8OpatientswithcerebralinfarctonadmitedtoFirstAflatedHospitalofFujianMedicalUnivesityfromJanuary 2023 to December 2O24 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group（ n=40 ）received routine intervention，while the observation group（ n=40 ）received centralized intervention. The sleep quality and functional recovery of the two groups werecompared.Results：Aftertheintervention，thesubscoresandtotal scoreofthesleepquaityscale intheobservation group were lower，and the difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）. After intervention，the observation group had higher scores in motor functionandactivitiesof daily livings（ADLs），andthediference was statisticallysignificant（ P<0.05 ）.

Conclusion：Centralizedinterventioncanefectivelyimprovetheslepqualityof patientswithcerebral infarctionandsimultane ously promote the recovery of their motor function and activities of daily livings（ADLs）.
