AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectofanursing modelbasedonbehaviorchangetheoryonsleepqualityandself-efcacy inpatientswithchoniccervicis.Methods：Atotalof1O6patientswithchroniccervicitisadmitedtothe73rdGroupAryHospital of the ChinesePeople'sLiberation Armyfrom January2O24toJuly2O25were selectedandrandomlydividedintoacontrol groupandanobservationgroup，with53patients ineach group.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutinenursingcare，whiletheobservationgroupreceived nursing intervention guided bybehaviorchangetheory.ThePitsburgh SlepQualityIndex（PSQI）wasused to evaluatechanges in sleepqualitybeforeand afterintervention.TheMedical Coping Modes Questionnaire（MCMQ）wasused toassesscoping strategies，andtheGeneralSelf-EfficacyScale（GSES）wasaliedtoevaluateself-effcacyinboth groupsbeforeand afternursingintervetionResults：AfterinterventionSQsoresinbothgroupseceased，ithsigncantlylowerorste observation group compared with the control group. The difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05 ）. After nursing intervention，self-eficacysoresincreasedinothgroups，ndtebservationgoupscoredhigherthanthecontrolgoup，ithsattaly significant differences（ P<0.05 ）. The coping mode scores in the observation group were also significantly higher than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion： Implementing a behavior change theorybased nursing modelforpatientswithchonicervicitiscanfectivelyimprovesleepqualityhanceself-efcacy，andgthn patients‘ confidence in treatment.
