Analysis of Influencing Factors of Sleep Disorders in 153 Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B

AbstractObjective：Toanalyzeand explorethe influencingfactors asociated with sleepdisorders inpatients withchronic hepatitisB（CHB）.Methods：Atotalof153patients withchronichepatisBwhowere admitedto Guangzhou Eighth People'sHospitalfrom March 2024 toOctober 2O24 were selectedasstudyparticipants.Univariateandmultivariateanalyses wereconducted to identifythefactors influencingtheocurrenceofsleedisorders inthesepatients.Logisticregression modelswereusedtodetermine independentskfactos.Resuts：ogsticgioaalysisoedtatiseasrelatdietyigokpre larlifestylefmilyrelatedsssfancials，ndoverallifesrswereallsignfantisfctosfosepsodesiptients with chronic hepatitis B （P<0.05，0R>1） . Conclusion： Disease-related worry ，occupational and economic stress，irregular dailyroutines，andfamilyorlifepressuresareimportantriskfactorscontributing tosleepdisordersamong patientswithchronic hepatitis B.Targeted clinicalinterventionsaddresingtheseaspectsmayhelpalleviatesleepdisturbancesandimproveoveal sleep quality in this population.
