Research on Construction Strategies of Smart Canteens from the Perspective of Digital Transformation

Abstract:At present,thecontinuous integration of digital transformation and educational informatization have driventhe reform of university logistics services,with smart canteens emerging as a crucialcomponent.This paper systematically explores the construction strategies of smart canteens from the perspective of digital transformation,by focusingontheconstructionofsmartcanteens in Gansu Vocational UniversityofIndustry Technologyandincombination with policyrequirementsand industry trends.Byanalyzingthetypical problems in the traditionaloperationofuniversity canteens,the paperconstructsafeasibleconstruction framework covering fivedimensions:technicalarchitecture,fulprocess operation,food safety supervision,user experience and guarantee system. Modern technologies such as the InteretofTings (oT),bigdataandartificialintellgenceareintegratedintotheframeworktopromotetheiellgnt, standardizedandeffcientdevelopmentofcanteen management.Practiceshows that this strategycan efectivelyadressthe long-standing painpointsofuniversitycanteens intermsoffoodsafetysupervision,perational eficiencyanduserexperience, providing reference ideas and methods for the construction of smart canteens in similar institutions.
