Abstract: Food safety is a major public health issue closely related to the national economyand people's livelihood. Thegrassrotslvel,asthe"lastmile"infoodmarketsupervision,directlyets thepublic'sdietarysfetyhetraiioal post-event supervision model has been unable to meet the needsof risk preventionandcontrol.Constructing a scientific and effcientrisk early waring mechanism has become the key path to enhance the acuracyand foresightof grassroots foodsupervision.Basedonthe actual situationof grasroots food market supervision,this paper systematically expounds the significanceofconstructingtheiskearlywaingmechanism,clarifies thecorepointsofmechanismconstruction,andproposes targetedapplicationsupportstrategies.Theaimis toprovidetheoretical referencesand practical gudance forgrasroots food regulatory departments to build a food safety defense line and enhance risk prevention and control capabilities.
