Abstract: Traditional handmade pastry-making skils embody rich cultural connotations and constitute atreasure of Chinese food culture.Withtheadvancement of modernization,traditional handmadepastry-making skilsare facing the danger of decline.The introduction of digital technology provides new possbilities fortheir protectionand inheritance. Thearticle explores the theoreticalframework of digital protectionand inheritance,and proposesspecific strategies for applyingdigitalmodeling,vitualreality,augmentedreality,andother technologies topastry-makingskils.Theaiisto provide practicaloperational paths forthedigital inheritanceof traditional skils.Simultaneously,bycombiningcultural and creative industries with policysupport,it encourages widespread participation from all sectors of societyto ensure the sustainable development of traditional handmade pastry-making skills.
