Abstract: Digitaltechnology has brought eficiency improvementand precision transformation tothefoodtesting industry. Throughtechnologiessuchasbigdataanalysis,artificial intelligence,andtheInternetofThings,itachievesreal-time collection,intelligentaalysis,andfulltaceabilityoftestingdata.However,teurrentapplicaionofdgitalteologyn fodtesting stillfaces multiplechallnges,includingnon-standardcolltionoftestdata,poorcompatibilitybetweendifrent testing systems,insufficientdigitalskilsof testingpersonnel,andincompletedatasecurityandprivacyprotection systems.Thisarticle proposes solutions fromfourdimensions:standardizingdatacollction processes,buildingaunified data exchange platform,strengthening digital training for personnel,and improving datasecurity protection systems.The aimis to promotethe developmentof thefood testing industry towards "digitalization,intelligenceand integratio".
