Abstract:This paper focuses on theapplicationoftheenzyme inhibition rate method intherapiddetection of pesticide residues in fruits.Thedetection principle and operation process of the method are expounded,and itsapplicability, detection eficiency,detectionrange andaccuracy in fruit detection areanalyzed.Bycomparing with other detection methods,theadvantagesof theEnzymeInhibitionRate Methodarehighlighted,andthefactorsaffectingitsapplication effct are explored.The purpose is to provide ascientific basis forthe rapid detection of pesticide residues in fruits, promote the optimization and application of detection technology,and ensure the quality and safety of fruits.
