高校大学生食育科普活动的探索与实践

Abstract: Based on the misalignment between knowledge,atitudes,and practices (KAP)in contemporary university students'dairy consumption,this paper examines the necessity and effectiveness of implementing systematic food education in higher education institutions.Taking the science popularization activity"The Nutritional Microscope of Milk:UnderstandingFoodto Choose Milk Wisely",organized bythe Departmentof Nutrition andFood Hygiene, School of Public Health,Peking Universityas acase study,this paper explores practical approaches to food education among college students.The findings suggest that food education inuniversities is not merelya means of disseminating nutritional knowledge,but alsoan important pathway for guiding students todevelopa scientific perspectiveon food and enhancing their scientific literacy.Practical experience demonstrates that interactive and experiential science popularization activities designed around topics closelyrelated to students'daily lives can efectivelybridge theoretical knowledge and behavioral practice,providing valuable insights and practical references for promoting food education initiatives and improving health literacy among university students.
