Analysis of Common Problems Affecting the Quality of Food and Drug Testing and Quality Control Strategies

Abstract: The qualityoffoodand drug testing is directly related to public health and marketorder,and it is a key linkinensuringfoodand drug safety.This paperfocuses ontheprominent problems existing inthe currnt fieldof food and drug testing,and analyzes the factors affecting testingquality from four core dimensions: pre-analytical sample processing,equipmentand reagent management,personnel competence and quality,and testing environment control. On this basis, targeted control strategies are proposed to provide practical references for improving the accuracy and reliability of food and drug testing work.
