Analysis of the Risk Assessment System for Food Safety Sampling Driven by Big Data

Abstract： Inorder to improve theabilityof food safety governance，thisarticle constructs a food safety sampling risk assessment system driven bybig data.Firstly，the traditional sampling risk assessment methodsand big data sampling assessment methodsare introduced，clarifing thevalue ofbig data technology in the fieldoffoodsafety.Secondly，a risk assessment system is constructed from three aspects：soliddata governance foundation，building intellgent risk assessment models，and colaborative governanceoffood safety risks.Finaly，a prospect is made to summarize the directio offuture food safety sampling risk assessment， providing references for upgrading sampling technology and improving the risk assessment system in the future.
