Abstract: Food safetyconcerns people's healthandlifesafety,and is of great significance toacountry's economic and social development.Asa keypartof China's food qualitysupervision and management system,the qualityand safety testing of grain and edibleoils plays acrucial role in preventingand mitigating foodsafetyrisks.However,at present, China's food quality supervision and management is facing problems such as equipment,sample managementand data processing,and its detectionaccuracyandreliabilityare greatlylimited.Itisof great practical significanceto promote thedevelopmentof agricultural product qualityand public health,improve the qualityofagricultural productsand ensure the healthof the people through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in China's food quality inspection and the exploration of corresponding countermeasures.
