Construction of Quality Traceability System in Food TransportationProcess

Abstract: Food transportation is a key node connecting production and sales terminals,and its quality and safety directly determine thefinal quality and consumption safety level offood.Acomprehensivefood transportation quality traceability system can achieve dynamic visualization supervision of the entire transportation process,accurately identify and dispose of potential quality hazards,and ensure transportation safety.The currnt system construction has shortcomings such as insufficient application of traceability technology and incomplete information sharing mechanism, makingit difficult toadapt totheneedsoffullchaincontrol.Combining transportation characteristicsand control requirements,and relying on advanced technology to explore construction paths,can improve traceability accuracy and ensure supply chain quality and safety.
