Countermeasures for Integrating Nutrition and Hygiene Supervision with Food Standards in the Quality Improvement of Featured Beef and Mutton

Abstract:Asacrucial pilarof the animal husbandry economy,thequalityand safetyof thefeatured beef and mutton industryare directly linked toconsumers'healthand thesustainable developmentof the industry.Basedonthe actual developmentof the industry,this paper adopts a professionaland technical perspective tosystematicallyanalyzethecore significanceand practical challnges of the integration between nutritionand hygiene supervisionand food standards in improving the quality of featured beef and muton.It focuses on key dimensions such as standard adaptability, regulatory technology innovation,andcollaborative mechanism construction,andputs forward targeted integrationstrategies. Bystrengthening the standard connectionbetwee accurate detectionofnutritionalcomponentsand dynamic preventionand control ofhealthrisks,andoptimizingtheregulatorytechnologysystemandtheimplementationpathofstandards,thispaper provides technicalsupportandinstitutional guaranteesforimproving thequalityoffeaturedbefnd mutton,and promotes the transformation of the industry towards standardization,regularization,and high-quality development.
