预制菜质量控制与检验检测技术的应用研究

Abstract: Traditional detection methods have technical drawbacks such as poor timelinessand low sensitivity,which cannot meet thequality and safety requirements of modern food industry.Modern detection technologies have the characteristicsofrapidity,accuracyandeficiency,and playan important roleinthequalitysafety managementof pre prepared foods.This paper systematically elaborates on the currnt application status of rapid detection technology, precise analysis technologyand inteligent sensing technology inthequalitycontrol of pre-prepared foods,analyzes the existing technical problems,and predicts thefuture developmenttrends.Through research,itis found that establishing a quality control system with thecollaboration of multiple technologies canefectively improve the qualityand safetystatus of pre-prepared food products.
