Practical Exploration of High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Technology in the Detection of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products

Abstract: Excessive pesticide residues have become an important factor affcting the qualityand safetyof agricultural products.High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)technology has demonstrated significant advantages in pesticide residue analysis due to its unique separation eficiency and detection sensitivity.Through the interaction between the mobile phase and stationary phase,this technologyachieves efective separation of target compounds in complex matrices.Combined withvarious detection instruments,itenablesaccuratequalitativeandquantitative analysis of polar pesticides and thermaly labile pesticides.Overcoming the limitations of traditional detection methods,HPLC provides an efective means forthe simultaneous detection of multiple types of pesticideresidues inagricultural products. With thedevelopment of hyphenated technologies and automated systems,HPLC has continuously improved in terms of detection sensitivityand analysis throughput,offering reliable technical support for the supervisionof agricultural product quality and safety.
